What weight or size do I have to be before I look into a tummy tuck?

I am a year post op I haven't lost anything in few months I am stuck it seems at 160 lbs with 88 lost. I am in a size 12 which is okay with me except I have all these bulges in my abdomen area. I am blessed with my mothers apple shape so I know that I will always have a belly unless I get a tummy tuck. I don't know if they will do one at my present weight or if I need to lose more weight. I could be happy if I could lose this belly. I would really like to tuck in my shirt and not have a roll above and below my waist. My pot belly as my mom used to call it has been on my mind since I was about 9 yrs old. Thats a long time to carry around such mental crutch. Does anyone know if there are weight or size requirements for tummy tucks I really want to do this.
