Will Unicare pay?

I am starting with a new company next month. This company is just switching to Unicare from another company, so I will be starting the insurance when everyone else does. Has anyone had any luck with Unicare paying?? I don't have access to an insurance book or anything yet, so I don't know if there is a written exclusion. Can anyone tell me anything?
