Has anyone used HealthAllies.com to help negotiate a rate for WLS?

I have sent in a request for a quote for gastric bypass surgery to HealthAllies.com. They claim to be able to get you a 10-50% discount on healthcare services furnished by doctors and hospitals that participate with their program. It just so happens that the doctor that was my second choice belongs to this program. This might be something good for people like me, whose insurance company has an exclusion for WLS.
