this is what my policy says...

under the exclusion part it says, health services and assoc. expenses for procedures intended primarily for the treatment of morbid obesity,including gastric bypass, gastric balloon, stomache stapling,jejunal bypasses,wiring of the jaw, and health services of similar nature. I also have a secondary ins under the cobra plan and it says covered if med. neccessary. I only have that ins for 7 more months and am afraid that they will stall and it will no longer be possible. I also had a prev. wls under that ins that had to be removed. (i had the band done by dr molina) do you think that they will pay for other wls? I am planning on seeing dr hall through images in lubbock texas.
