i keep getting fluid buildup in my incision

i keep getting fluid buildup in my incision and it infects. i have had it reopened now for the 3rd time. any ideas why? it is starting to get discouraging. i asked the dr too and they dont know why. any clue would be appreciated. thanks. julie
