Will the weight loss be less now?

I had a VBG in 2000, and am sccheduled to have a revision to RNY on May 31,2005. Can I expect to lose enough weight to reach my goal, which is about 150 pounds. I only lost about 50 from the initial surgery. I have heard though that once you have a revision you lose much slower. Just wanted to get other views on this. Thank you for your time.
