I am 10 pounds from goal and would like my incisional hernia repaired, 11 months post

Doctors at Mayo say I have to wait until I am 18 months post op to be sure I am done losing.My insurance ded. etc is paid for this year..Would you guys find a different dr to do the surgery before the end of the year..$$$ is my only reason for the rush.
