Where can we get pre-packaged vitamins packaged specifically to meet WLS post-op need

I will be traveling out of the country for two weeks in August and would like to find someone who sells supplements in daily packets formulated specifically for WLS post-ops. Does anyone know where I can buy these? I searched the databases but couldn't find anything on this.
