in general how much can i expect to lose from a tt need input :0]

yes im scheduled to have a full abdominal plasty in april im very excited ,i wanted to hear from people who have had a tt or know of someone who's had one , to know basicaly how many pounds you lose ? i know they remove some fat if any is present and tighten muscles and remove excess skin? any feed back is appreciated!
