Need assistance finding CIGNA network DR.

I live in Levittown, PA. and cannot locate a CIGNA-OPEN ACCESS Doctor in my area. I have called CIGNA and they can only give me Gastroenterologists, but cannot tell me which if any perform bypass surgery. I've checked around and it seems that no one does this surgery in my area. I figure I am not the only one who has CIGNA and has had or wants to have this surgery in my area. Please help....
