in fl. with cigna hmo ? is it hard to get reconstructive surgery authorized?

IM 7 months out and down 129 and starting to need major reconstrutive surgery , i have cigna hmo and was wondering what others have experienced from them? is it hard to get them to cover reconstructive surgery? i need arms (bat wings) done ,also tt (major). And reduction and lift on breasts. Will it be hard for me? any advice or comments will help, ty!
