If someone tackled me to the floor, and I hit the floor hard, will I be ok?

I had surgery 5 months ago and was just tackled by a 185lb. man and hit the floor hard. I am just worried that I may have hurt something inside. I am at 192lbs., 5'2" he is 185lbs., solid muscle and stands at 5'3". My body aches, but I don't want to go to the hospital. I have not experienced any unusual pain where I had the surgery. What do you think? Thanks!
