Anyone have knots in stomach early on post op?

I am almost 3 weeks post op. I had open RNY. Below and to the right of my incision I can feel a little knot. I wouldn't say that it 'hurts' but it's like...without touching my stomach I can feel it there. So I started poking around and I Do feel a little knot. I plan on calling my surgeon on Monday but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Thanks guys!
