Has anyone else lost this slowly?

I'm 4 months out, and feel like I can't lose weight. I've lost about 41 pounds, most in the first two months. The last five weeks, I've lost only about 1-2 pounds. I haven't lost any inches in at least 4 weeks.<br> I'm 5'4" and started at 226 (a "lightweight," I know). I have an active life style with lots of stairs and lots of lifting, but don't do additional exercise. I eat about 900 to 1200 calories a day; lately my appetite has gotten bigger. Mostly I eat protein-- lots of beef jerky, not much else. <br> I'm feeling really good about where I am and much healthier. However, I'm only 4 months along and losing weight is like pulling teeth. Shouldn't I be losing at least 1 pound a week? I feel like a failure even after WLS.
