How long does it take to get an aproval from United Health Care??

UHC got all my paperwork and opened a pre-cert case on me Friday, May 9th. When I spoke to them last Friday, the rep said that they had everything they needed. All that was left was for the nurse to review the case and give an anwser. Does anyone know how long this process takes?? I know I should just "chill" and be patient, but it is so hard. Am I looking at one week, two weeks,three weeks, or more??
