If I have a rash below my apron.

If I have a overhang from my stomach BUT it ISNT big at all. I have a terrible rash below it where the skin must rub while I am sitting at work because it doesnt rub when I walk because it isnt that big, will I still be approved for reconstructive skin removal? Any input would be appreciated.
