I am 5 days post op. I keep on hearing these grumbling sounds.

Are these sounds from my stomach. I already had one loose BM so I know what that sound like. Just wondering if that is the food and water going into my pouch. Is it getting backed-up and funnelling in? It last all day long. I think its gas just not sure, its pretty loud.
