Any help or info on Vista Vitamins for open RNY post ops?

I was just told today about Vista Vitamins that are made specifically for Gastric ByPass patients. My question is that my doctor said I could not swallow pills and yet these vitamins are capsules? That doesn't make sense. Is it ok or not to take this post op vitamin? The spotlighthealth.com site where I found info on them states that they breakdown quickly in the pouch? HELP!!
