Has anyone had a hernia repair and tummy tuck with Blue Cross and Blue SHield

Has anyone had a hernia repair with tummy tuck with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of FLorida PPO (State Employee)insurance? My doctors office said it would take at least 2 months to hear anything. Did anyone have trouble getting them to pay?
