Last minutes questions?

Does anyone have any last minute suggestions for a Pre-Op who is 2 weeks from surgery date? Anything at all would be helpful...(things I should have ready at home? things to eat or not to eat a few days before surgery? list of things to bring with me to hospital?) Thanks!!!!!
