List of things I should bring to hospital.

Does anyone have a good list of "necessities" to bring to the hospital on the day of surgery. My surgeon says a 5 day stay in the hospital is the norm. I am sure there are a lot of things I will need to have with me. (Post-ops...any good lists??)
