How is the proper way to use the baby wipes?

What I am really trying to ask is I am gonna buy me some baby wipes because I read that a lot of people use them for there backside. Well I want to know can u also use them for your front? This is kinda a silly question, I know, But I didnt want to get some kind of infection or something using them in the front. Any info would be appreciated. Thank You
