Does anyone know of any in-patient weight loss clinics in or near Florida?

My father has been told he is very high risk if he is unable to lose weight prior to surgery. I am looking for an in-patient facility that accepts medicare so he can get some weight off prior to surgery. He has a BMI of 75 and is 56 years old. He is in desperate need of help. Any information you can provide would be appreciated! Thanks so much!
