Only 22.5 pounds in 16 days?
I'm a little over two weeks post-op. I'm a little bummed because I've only lost 22.5 pounds. I've been following what I think of as a good regimen: protein first, water, walking 30 minutes three times a week. I haven't cheated even once and don't overeat at meals. I don't really snack because food is kind of annoying to me now. What's going on? I started off at 307, so I'm not a lightweight. If anything, I'm thinking I'm not getting in enough food. My surgeon wants us to eat 3 meals and 3 snacks a day, except that the snacks (at this point, at least) are supposed to be skim milk. I hate milk, especially by itself, so I just skip it. Usually I get between 500-750 calories a day. Should I exercise more? Eat more? I really want to take advantage of my window!!!
