Is Dr. Booth in Ocean Springs very organized and efficient ?

I called his office about 3 weeks ago and his nurse, Anne, asked if she could call me back. I said 'yes' but didn't hear from her, so I e-mailed him a week later, still nothing til another week passed. Then his nurse called and left me a message and also e-mailed me answering my questions. I live in OK and work with multi-handicapped children, so I really need to get my insurance approval and surgery date scheduled quickly so I can have my surgery and recover before school starts in August. She told me they could, but if they delay on any of this it could run me later than that. The only reason I am going that far is because he is the closest that does the lap BPD/DS. Any opinions or information will be appreciated.
