Can anyone elaborate on how their sex life has been?

I am pre-op, but wondered how long after surgery before you returned to "normal" sexual activities and if changes in diet/hormonal balance due to the surgery has caused any women difficulties ie: Dryness, pain during intercourse, irregular cycles etc...
