has anyone had Plastic surgery in the Chicago Area?

Particularly for a Tummy tuck. I've already had a panni--way before weight loss surgery, and now I want a full tuck (with the weight loss the Panni is coming back. Any recomendations on Surgeons and approximate costs? Also, if you have information on whether insurance covered it. Your help would be most appreciated
