Does anyone else have trouble sticking to routine on weekends?

I'm 3 months post-op today. Down a little over 50 lbs. It's slower than some, but I am thrilled. But here's my biggest problem. During the week, while I'm on a routine with the workday, keeping busy, etc., I can do pretty good on my new diet. I get my water in, the protein too. But when the weekend rolls around (I live by myself), I have to force myself to eat and especially to drink water. I'm so much better at this new lifestyle when I'm on a routine. Has anyone else experienced this?
