Why is my skin so dry at two months post op?

I've always prided myself in my clear, smooth complexion. but lately, my skin all over, especially my face, is so dry. I'm getting in the liquids, mostly water. Is it going to be like this from here on out or is it because it's winter? Also, I hear people talk about getting acne post-op. It's not quite that bad with me. My face is still clear but under my chin, on my neckline, I'm getting these little bumps, kind of like you'd have on your arms. I'm buff-puffing and don't know what else to do. I want them to GO AWAY.
