Can I change my height?

I mean, I'm shorter than I thought I was. I always told the Doc I was 5'6", but after my denial yesterday, I measured to know exactly and I'm 5'5". That puts me at a 40 BMI. Where do I go with this info.? Should I get it verified? Is this really going to do anything for me?
