Has anyone seen Dr. LePort in Fountain Valley, CA that has CaliforniaCare?

I need to know if there are any out of pocket expenses. I have an appt. with a PCP in Orange, CA (Dr. Grace Imbastari) on 10/23 and I'm scared that IF I get the referral, Dr. LePort's office will want money upfront. Has anyone gone through this with them? (Dr. LePort, Smart Dimensions)
