Can nausea be related to post nasal drip

Hi folks. I am now 4 days post op, home and feeling very nauseas. I have always had post nasal drip but always just ignored it instead of medicating it. It has always been annoying, but now I'm wondering if it's the mucous running down the back of my troat (although it doesn't seem often) is piling up in my new little 30cc pouch. I feel so sick I can't sleep any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. -Kim
