Anyone travel to have the surgery? How far, and what about post care?

OK, more then one question. The last one that would not fit above is. Have anyone heard of the Hospital in Lubbock Texas. A DR. David Hall. If anyone have heard of Hospital/Doctor what do you have to say about Hostital/Doctor?????? I may have to travel to have this done... They said they will fly me there. What about the flight and drive home? Also how did you get your after care done? Did you have to travel back to where you had the surgery done? The place I am trying to get the surgery one is giving me fits. I found a new place called Image (Surgical Weight Loss. Com) HELP?
