Can anyone help me with getting kaiser to work faster?

Kaiser is dragging this out really bad can anyone give me any idea on how to get them to work faster. Three doctors already said i should have this done but they said i need a special sleep test. and i can't get them to get me an appt. for three to four months away. Any idea anyone????
