How fast do sizes drop with pounds?

I know this maybe silly...but I notice that some of you have dropped 35 - 60 pounds...yet manage to drop 2..3..sometime 4 dress sizes. I know with all the yo-yo dieting I have done...with 35- 60 pounds lost, I will change a size...but rarely 2 sizes!! I know...just another curious post-op!! Thanx
