Does Sugar Alcohol cause dumping ?

I was at Harry & David shopping and they have a sugar free section with lots of sugar free products. However, in closer examination of the Nutrition Fact Label, I found "Sugar Alcohol". Has anyone try any sugar free products with sugar alcohol and not had a problem with it. Thanks
