Information on doctors

I just found out that there are two doctors in Toledo Ohio who do RNY. They are Dr. David Richards 419-251-4674,and Dr. Ziya Celik 419-693-0711.My insurance Medical Mutual HMO Health Ohio gave me their numbers. Has anyone used either of these doctors? Iam still in the appeal process for Dr. Hess in Bowling Green Ohio but thought I might as well keep looking for info. on other doctors who are within my plan.Thank you,Robin
