Anyone know a doctor who perform surgery for Medicaid

I live in St. Lucie county and I am on Medicaid and I am trying to find a doctor who perform this surgery. I have call the meicaid providers and they act as if I am speaking french. If anyone have any- thing to say please respond. Thank You Guys In Advance....
