When is someone eligible for a revision?

Hello. I am almost 3 yrs post op. I had started at 382 lbs, and got down to 197. Surgeon said I could have gotten down to 160. Well...I am up to 223 lbs, and extemely scared. I am always hungry, and can eat just about anything. Would I be a canadite for a revision at this point? Thank you in advance for your input.
