I have a bmi of 41.1 and no insurance

I have no insurance or a job for that matter. Me and my husband live off of his SSI which of course is not much. I cant get the state medical card becouse I'm not preagnant, or disabled(yet) or abuse drugs(yes they are stric in PA). I need to know if there are any insurance companies out there that I might be able to afford that would pay for surgury for me becouse I really need some help. I dont yet have any medical problems other then week knees and maybe some arthritis as far as I know but then I havent seen a doctor about any thing becouse I cant afford to. Also My mom has recently been diagnosed with Diabettes and my dad who just turned 50 has already had 2 major heart attacks and a stroke and has had tripple bypass heart surrgury. If any one has any information in PA on what I can do or even a program I can go through that would help me I would be very appreciative. well thanks in advance and please help me.
