Has anyone had First Health pay or deny coverage for PS?

I am 14 months out, down -124lbs, weight 138, very happy with this but i need a tummy tuck, my arms down, and implants i think not for size but for shape. Can anyone tell me their luck with this insurance company. Any other advice on getting insurance to cover this would be greatly appreciated. Also are the rumors about not being able to get a tummy tuck if you havent had kids yet true? thanks in advance for your help!
