About 4 days ago, my entire body started tingling.

About a month ago, it started in my chest. It has now spread to my entire body. I just had bloodwork done but have not been eating enough protein for some time. I'm wondering if this could cause it. One doctor thinks it's neuropathy but my blood sugars have been great since my surgery in 2001, and, I don't think my entire body would be affected that quickly. Thank you.
