Should we count the carbs and calories that are in our vitamines and calciums as part
of our normal daily intake? Does it really make much difference? My vit. chewables have 2gr. carbs and 15 cals. each and my calcium chews have 4gr. carbs and 20 cals. each. Just wondering what most of you do. Thanks in advance for anything you all can tell me. LapRNY 11/26/03 232/191/130
