why don't I see many posts about premera blue cross?

I hardly ever see a post about premera blue cross in washington state. my plan has a specific exclusion, but do any of you in washington state have premera blue cross and have had your surgery approved? mine was denied and i plan to appeal, just wondering if anyone has had experience with them? thanks, darci
