I have a small, round black mark on my incision site (scar).

I am healed (9 weeks post op) and 2 days ago, a little, black, round mark appeared in my scar. It's not raised up and does not hurt. There is no redness or any signs of infection. It is clearly under the skin, too. My doctor took away all food and exercise restrictions, so I believe I am completely healed. The mark is about the size of an ink-pen mark. Sound familiar?
