I am 3 weeks post-op and I get heart palpatations

I've noticed heart palpatations when I walk to fast or do to much. I'm worried about this. I had a stress test before my surgery and they said my heart was fine.I go to my docter on Wednesday but I wanted to know if anyone else has or had this?
