Anyone that has delt with UABT, CCN PPO insurance?

Looking for information from anyone who has used UABT insurance through CCN PPO? If you have delt with them, were they easy to deal with? Do they pay for any tummy tucks or breast reductions? Anything anyone can tell me, I would really appreciate it. Hubby's company just changed to them from BS PPO, don't know anything about UABT. Thanks in advance...
