Will I need a panni or a breast reconstruction after losing wght?

Will I need a panni and/or boob job when I am done losing wt.? I am 5'3" and started at 243 (now am 190, 6 wks out)...Anybody with these stats can you tell me if it will be necessary or will I be essentially 'normal looking'?????
