does anyone know of any web sites where i can get sucess ratios etc on my surgeon?

I am planning to have my lap RNY by Dr. Christine Gupta at St, Vincent in Carmel IN. but shes new to the hospital and i dont know alot about her. Has anyone on this site ever had her or does anyone know of any web sites i can go to , to research her?(sucess ratio, mal-practice suits, etc)Please help, I will be scheduling my surgery next week !!!!
