Anyone experience Jitters 1 year Post-Op

This is definitely a physical reaction. I feel it in my joints - it's a twitchy feeling that usually occurs in my legs, but is actually happening right now in my whole body. I am 13 months post op...not on any meds except my thyroid meds & Detrol LA. I have experienced this once before when I took the pill form of Phenagren - which I have not had since August 2001. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!! THANX!!
